We specialize in contract assembly of plastic and glass components for cosmetic and pharmaceutical packaging.

We mainly work on make-up and skincare products, but we are not limited to a fixed range of items: over the years we have assembled both simple and complex components, adapting to the characteristics of each product and to our customers’ actual needs.

Mascara components, lip gloss, eyeliner, droppers, cosmetic bottles, airless bottles, lipsticks, perfume caps, gaskets, sorting and re-selection.

In addition to standard assembly, we also handle sorting and re-selection, component recovery, quality checks and extraordinary processes.

Our work comes from the experience gained day after day on components intended for cosmetic packaging, and beyond. We mainly operate in the make-up sector, where precision, reliability and attention to detail make a real difference.

We started as a strongly manual business, and this allowed us to develop a high level of adaptability across a wide range of products, even very different from one another, always maintaining a practical, results-oriented approach.

Over time we have complemented manual operations with more structured solutions, while maintaining the same operational flexibility that allows us to handle both standard assembly and more specific processes.

More than simple assembly

In addition to ordinary operations, we also handle sorting and re-selection and component recovery, providing practical support whenever a batch requires checks or additional work.

We are also available for new products or items in the start-up phase, where specific assembly techniques need to be adapted or developed.
