We mainly provide contract assembly services for the cosmetic packaging sector, also supporting customers with sorting and re-selection, component recovery and additional production-related operations.
Assembly
We mainly work on make-up and skincare products, but our experience is not limited to cosmetic packaging alone. Over time we have also handled mechanical small parts, electrical wiring assemblies and components requiring specific operating methods.
We are used to handling new products and non-standard operations, adapting the process according to the materials involved and the characteristics of the item.
Mascara, lip gloss and eyeliner components
Assembly of mascara components with fiber or plastic brushes, lip gloss with flocked applicators, and eyeliner with tuft applicators, including configurations with multiple elements or more complex internal systems such as springs, inner caps and overcaps.
Make-up bottles
Assembly of bottles for the make-up sector, including insertion of wipers and verification of the correct product configuration.
Airless bottles
Assembly of airless bottles with piston insertion and bottom closure, working on components that require precision during the fitting stages.
Droppers
Assembly of cosmetic and pharmaceutical droppers, simple or complex, made up of 3 to 5 elements and manufactured in plastic, glass or other materials such as wood and aluminum, including more articulated configurations.
Gaskets and riveting
Insertion of gaskets, riveting and other operations that require manual precision and consistent execution, especially on components with tight tolerances.
Perfume caps and lipsticks
Assembly of multi-part perfume caps and lipsticks with mechanism, handling components that require proper fitting and full system functionality.
Sorting and re-selection of components
We work on batches that require visual inspection, component selection and material recovery.
This allows us to support customers in the operational management and recovery of critical production batches.
Flexibility in additional operations
We are also available for non-standard operations, trials and start-up activities for new products.
We handle processes that are not yet fully structured by working with the customer to define an effective operational solution.
